A beautiful city on the south end of Cache Valley

Located eight miles south of Logan, Hyrum is a great city. As any community in Cache County it is surrounded by beautiful mountains and each season has it’s own beauty. It is a friendly place with a librarymuseum, senior citizen center and over 173.5 acres of recreational property that is available to the public including Hyrum State Park. Need some groceries and don’t want to drive to Logan? Ridley’s is a great local grocery store that meets the needs of the southern communities.

Hyrum is known for it’s 4th of July Celebration which includes the Star Spangled Rodeo (put on by the Hyrum Saddle Club), Youth Parade, Water Fight with Firemen, Patriotic Program, Chuck Wagon Breakfast, Main Street Mile, Parade, Booths & Entertainment, Fireworks and Entertainment and Teen Dance.

Children in Hyrum attend Cache County Schools. Kindergarten – 5th grade school children attend either Lincoln Elementary, Canyon Elementary or Millville Elementary schools, 6th and 7th Grade kids attend Willow Valley Middle School 8th and 9th grade kids attend South Cache Center. Another option for K-9th is Thomas Edison Charter School South. Mountain Crest High School accommodates grade 10-12.
