About Me

As an Associate Broker and REALTOR® with North Realty, LLC, I help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Cache Valley and Northern Utah make confident, informed real estate decisions. I began working in the real estate industry in 2003 and became a licensed REALTOR® in March 2014. Since then, I have guided clients through more than 200 real estate transactions.

Born and raised in Cache Valley, I combine firsthand local knowledge with experience in mortgage lending, real estate investing, property renovation, and home staging. Whether you are purchasing your first home, relocating to Northern Utah, building an investment portfolio, or preparing a property for sale, I provide clear communication, strong advocacy, and experienced guidance from our first conversation through closing.

I specialize in representing homebuyers, sellers, investors, first-time buyers, and clients relocating to or from Cache Valley. For buyers, I offer practical guidance on financing considerations, property condition, market value, offer strategy, inspections, and negotiations. For sellers, I help evaluate repairs and improvements, prepare and stage the property, establish a competitive pricing strategy, market the home effectively, and manage the details through closing. My experience as an investor and renovator also helps clients recognize a property’s potential while considering its possible costs and challenges.
